Fun Sign Surprise Rental Policy
Placement Of Signs Customer or Recipient is not required to be on site. If there are no specific instructions to the location or placement of the signs for setup, then we will setup your display to obtain the most visibility. Please be aware that we will NOT relocate signs once they are setup. We also will not set up close to roads and sidewalks or any other public property that could potentially put our signs in harms way. If we cannot find the home or if for any reason we cannot gain access to the yard of the home then we will call you to determine the best course of action.
Refunds/Cancellations
There are NO REFUNDS once an order has been placed. If for any reason we cannot setup the signs due to circumstances beyond our control such as extreme weather or any unsafe condition or something that might cause damage to us or our signs, we will notify you and set up a rescheduled install. If we are asked to remove the signs or not install signs by the recipient at the time of installation, the sale is considered final and an email will be sent to you letting you know of the refusal. If the recipient would like signs to be removed sooner than the requested pick-up date we will do our best to accommodate this request.
Liability of Renter
Signs & their installation will create holes in the ground & may cause damage to small flowers, bushes or other lawn ornaments. You, The Renter, assume all responsibility for any and all damage caused by signs and their installation.
PLEASE do not move the Signs! We reserve the right to charge $50 if you move the Signs.
Privacy Policy
Fun Sign Surprise may display a photo on the website of the actual character display which was set on your lawn when it was completed to show as a sample. Fun Sign Surprise will not share the information from your order form with any other agency or outside party nor will we disclose this rental agreement with the recipient (no matter how much they beg).
Non-Returned Items
If upon pick up there are missing signs from the display we will charge the card on file $12 for each missing sign. Keepsake Birth Stars are $20. Large Signs are $150.
Time and Date of Delivery
We deliver our Signs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between the hours of 8am and 5pm. We cannot guarantee any specific time for delivery. Our orders are delivered in the order in which we take our route for the day.
Ordering Online Policy
If you order online for a date that we do not deliver, we will reschedule the date of delivery for an alternative date we feel is best. We will email you in regards to any changes to your order. If the date we changed is not acceptable you must contact us with a date that you'd like us to deliver. Please give us atleast 3 days notice for all online orders. If you need assistance with your order we advise placing your order over the phone instead of online.
