For $450 fee paid every 4 years
Your Fun Sign Surprise Rental Location Receives:
1. Use of our business name “Fun Sign Surprise”
Your territory will be an independent expansion of our territory by
offering our products and services in your local area.
Your location will be called “Fun Sign Surprise Of yourcity.”
We are trying to create a uniform and consistent offering by
providing our services nationally to a very large customer base.
Our customers in Philadelphia may want to order in Chicago and
that’s why we want to have each location consistent with the
same offerings. However, your pricing is determined by
population, competition and the economy in your area.
2. Exclusive Use of our Copyrighted Sign Designs For Rental
Only
Locations are licensed to rent our Copyrighted Sign Designs in
their exclusive territory. You’ll have the ability to market our
products within this territory and benefit off of an already proven
product. The first location that started it all rents between 60-
120 Signs a month and still growing. There is unlimited income
potential with this business.
3. Fun Sign Surprise Business Booklet
You’ll receive a CD with our 55+ page Business Booklet which
details Marketing, Operation, Sign set-up,Sign pick-up and our
recommended method of Sign Personalization. If you purchase
the DIY package, instructions are included on how to make the
Signs. Other info is also included.
4. Exclusive Rental Territory
This area is designated as your workable area in which to market,
rent and service with our yard cards. The area in which you cover
will be a list of zipcodes that will be mutually agreed upon by both
parties once the contract is signed. You will be asked to put
together a list of zips you want to cover and we will either
approve the list or make changes to it if zipcodes are inside
another franchise owner’s area. This area may not go any further
then 25 miles from your home zipcode.
5. Unlimited Business Support
We offer business support by toll free phone or email. If
you have any questions on business operation, marketing or
anything concerning your business, contact us and we can help.
6. Access to the Fun Sign Surprise Online Store
You will have unlimited access to our Locations Only Online Store
where you can purchase additional Sign Sets and related business
materials that we offer.
7. Rental Location Listing on our Website
Your Fun Sign Surprise Rental Location (City, Phone Number &
Website) will be listed on our main website (FunSigns.biz) under
"Locations" and on each Rental Location's website. The Main office
will also refer customers looking for a rental in your area to you.
8. Expectant Mother Mailing Label Access
If you decide to advertise by mail, we can provide you with a
business with access to an expectant mother mailing list program
or lists targeting a specialized category. This service is offered by
a third-party business that is not associated with Fun Sign
Surprise.
9. Full Color Marketing Files
You will have access to our professionally designed marketing files
which have been made to match our Signs. They are full color,
vibrant, fun and are customized with your business phone
number and website address. (upon request)
10. Fun Sign Surprise Website
Each Location receives a professional website, email
alias (info@yourcity.funsigns.biz) that is forwarded to your own
email address and Domain name (www.yourcity.funsigns.biz)
We provide updates and certain pages can be customized
with your info on the website.
11. Google, MSN & Yahoo Search Engine Listings
Our main website (www.funsigns.biz) and other location’s websites
are currently ranked high in MSN, Yahoo and Google using
popular keywords like “Stork Signs”, “Yard Cards” and “Birthday
Signs” and more relevant keywords for our industry.
12. Access to Rental-Add Ons for your business
We also offer fun, related products for your business. You can
offer these items to each customer with their rental or offer them
individually.
We have T Shirts, Banners, Wrappers, Notepads, Lollipops,
Magnets, Cards, etc. Some items require you to make and some
come ready-made.
With this option you must sign a contract with us.
