acheive since most if not all of our Signs can be used for just

Quality-Our Ready Made Yard Cards are not made from PVC
or Plywood
Our signs are made for this business and have been time tested
to withstand numerous rentals and abuse. Let me tell you
more...We do not use PVC which is a plastic foam board that is
heavy and becomes brittle in the colder months. PVC is also
porous and contains weak spots inside from air bubbles that
formed upon production. This causes the product to be prone to
breakage. If you drop PVC on the ground, hit it on a hard surface
or the wind is heavy, it will break. Plus, a single PVC
Sign can weigh up to 50lbs. We also do not use any type of wood
plywood in the construction of our signs. The surface of plywood
is not suitable for our vinyl graphics and plywood is heavy and
cumbersome to handle. Over time plywood will warp and crack
and need to be replaced. The quality and appearance of the
Sign is what matters the most in this business. And you want
these signs to last a long time!
We use a material called corrugated plastic. Corrugated plastic is
only made for the sign industry. It can’t be bought at Home
Depot or Lowes. It is durable, has a smooth surface and is
lightweight. It also has flutes which run vertically so you can stick
a stake up inside to secure the Sign to the ground. We’ve worked
out a deal with a local plastic manufacturer to get it at below
wholesale so we can offer our Signs at an even more discounted
rate.
But if you prefer to “DIY” then you can choose wood, pvc, plastic
or whatever you feel more comfortable with. This is where I had
previously mentioned to you about choices, we let you decide
what you want to do!
Easy Transport and Minimal Storage Space Required
Since our ready-made yard cards are manufactured with
lightweight plastic, they are easily transported from yard to yard
without a lot of effort. Each large Sign weighs only 5lbs and is
extremely easy to lift into a vehicle. The mini Signs are also light
and stackable. Since many stay-at-home moms are starting a
yard card business, the Signs should be easy to carry and
transport.
FYI: The mini Signs are flat and easy to tote in 18 gallon
rubbermaid containers. 30 of our mini Signs can be stacked up on
each other and carried at once from the van to the customer’s
yard. 30 half inch plywood/PVC mini signs would need to be
stacked up in separate piles and carried in more then 2 trips from
the van to the customer’s yard.
3-D garden ornaments require much more space because they
cannot be stacked on each other. You will need a large storage
shed or extra room or even a 1,000 square foot warehouse to
store 3D ornaments! You may need to rent storage space which
eats up your rental profits.
Uniqueness to this business is key. We’ve found original signs
and fun designs is what our customers love and they don’t want
to pay for something to be set up in their yard that can be
bought at a local dollar store.
Easy Sign Personalization Method
The large Signs have a plastic Plaque or Star that is removed from
the Sign for personalization. We can provide you with the
necessary materials to personalize these for your orders. It’s very
easy and professional looking. There are other options you may
want to take to personalize the Signs. It will all depend upon your
personal preference. We discuss the options that you can choose
from on our Start Up CD.
Wind Tested and Weather Resistant
We use large posts and small stakes so the Yard Cards are easy
set up and take down. The Yard Cards have been tested to stand
up in 50 mph winds and they have passed the test many times
over. (large sign posts are not included with our packages due to
easy accessibility at your local home improvement stores and for
shipping reasons)
Professional Graphic Design on our Marketing Materials
We have full color marketing files which are free for you to
use. They include a business card file, postcard file, flyer file, brochure file and
other misc files. Files are sent to you upon request.
Exclusive Rental Area ~Unique offering~
Each Location includes an exclusive rental territory which entitles
you to exclusive use of our copyrighted Signs and products
within a designated area. An exclusive territory means that your
business has rights to this territory that can only be worked by
you with our Sign designs. No other Fun Sign Surprise rental
location can rent our products in your area. This means you don’t
have to worry about competing with another one of our rental locations.
Non-exclusive territories that are offered by other business
opportunities do not protect you from someone else purchasing
that same Sign design and then renting in your same area. The
territory they sell is basically a “buffer” the seller uses for selling
to someone else. The other business can still rent in your area
and take away your business.
With an exclusive territory it guarantees no other Fun Sign
Surprise location will rent in your territory. This means 100% of
the area is yours to market and grow in with no worries.
